OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Mama and Me Pop Up, we believe true wellness begins with the nervous system. Our classes aren’t just about movement - they’re designed to support emotional regulation, connection, and long term resilience for both moms and their little’s. While most baby-and-me classes focus solely on fitness or play, we center nervous system health - because when a mother feels safe, calm, and grounded, her baby feels that too.
Why nervous system care?
Your baby doesn’t just observe you - they feel you. This is called co-regulation, and it means your nervous system becomes their blueprint for safety, connection, and calm. When you take a deep breath, soften your shoulders, and slow down, your receives “ we’re okay.”
In today’s fast paced world, most moms are running on empty — navigating sleep deprivation, anxiety, constant pressure, and a never-ending mental load. The results? Your body lives in a low-grade state of fight-or-flight. And while it’s common - it is not how we were supposed to mother.
